Welcome to My Rent Finder®!
  • Our mission is to provide "a place to come home to stay!" ™ We are committed to providing resources of value to you and building relationship between everyone involved in the process. This system is designed with you in mind by providing resources that meet YOUR needs!
  • Tenants
    Search for your perfect home using our Feature Finder ™ and keep track of the properties you are interested in on your home page! Once you find properties you are interested in, contact the property manager and begin the application process with them. When you have signed your rental agreement, the property manager can use your Finder ID ™ to assign the property to you as your current home, which allows the following:
    • View available documents for tenants of your property manager
    • View available documents specific to the property (e.g. appliance manuals, filter change procedures, etc)
    • Communicate with your property managers
    • Make maintenance requests for the property
    • Access to additional resources not available to the public
  • Property Managers
    Submit your properties to the community and connect with tenants that are serious about their search for a new home. The system provides many features including the following:
    • List property details and availability status
    • Use your Finder ID ™ to spotlight your properties to prospective tenants
    • Communicate with tenants and prospective tenants
    • Provide documents in an easily accessible place for prospective tenants (e.g. credit applications, policy manuals, etc)
    • Provide documents specific to the property (e.g. appliance manuals, filter change procedures, etc)
    • Receive and manage requests for maintenance of the property
    • Access additional resources not available to the public
